Historic All-American Men’s Final, Brazilian Women Shine on the road to Paris 2024

In a rare spectacle dating back to 1997, the Beach Volleyball scene witnessed an electrifying all-American men’s final. Miles Evans and Chase Budinger etched their names in history, triumphing over Theo Brunner and Trevor Crabb for the first time this season in a thrilling showdown. The dynamic duo secured their inaugural gold medal as a team with a stellar performance, sealing the victory with a decisive 21-14, 23-21 win. It was a momentous occasion for the USA men, with Tri Bourne and Chaim Schalk adding to the excitement with a commendable fourth-place finish, marking their best performance of the season.

Meanwhile, Brazilian powerhouse duo Barbara and Carol continued their reign of dominance, clinching their third gold medal of the season. Their stellar display of skill and determination reaffirmed their status as formidable contenders on the global stage. Adding to the Brazilian triumph was the impressive performance of Taina Silva and Victoria Lopes, who secured another bronze, further enhancing the remarkable medal haul for Brazilian women in 2023.
